Executive Associate Working Student

What we're looking for
We are seeking a meticulous, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to partner closely with our Chief of Staff to form a 360° support function that enables our CEO to focus on the highest priorities. In this role, you will own the CEO’s daily operations—from orchestrating complex schedules and communications to producing polished materials and supporting strategic initiatives. Supporting the Chief of Staff by contributing to a culture of precision, performance, and excellence, you will play a critical role in building and running the company’s operations, representing an invaluable learning opportunity to understand all aspects of the business.
The Role: Performance Based Hiring Objectives
  1. Keep the day-to-day operations of the CEO running smoothly
    Calendar management and prioritisation in tandem with Chief of Staff
    Communication & task management
    Preparing meeting agendas
    Event organisation
    Executive communication
  2. Be a reliable helping hand for strategic projects
    visualisation and design of PowerPoints and other materials
    professionalise documents
    research tasks
    business story telling 
  3. Contribute to our culture of excellence by supporting the Chief of Staff in optimising operations
    drafting internal communications for CoS and CEO and external reporting memos
    supporting HR operations
    supporting lean reporting structures to optimise for excellence
